The LiftMaster 312HM receiver is suitable for 1 automatic gate or garage door opening application. Includes rolling code technology. This unit is FCC certified at 315MHz and works with all Liftmaster Security+ remote control transmitters.

If you need increased range the antenna can be connected to the receiver with model 86LM coaxial cable extension antenna kit.  You can then mount the Antenna up to 15 ft away from the receiver depending on your requirements.

If receiver terminals 1 and 2 are not used in the installation because power is not available, transformer model 85LM is required and is available.
